Project Description:
A historic renovation of a facility originally built in 1924, the new Building Controls and Services headquarters features an industrial design with open ceilings, exposed structures, polished concrete floors and the building’s original brick walls. The new space plan for the 6,800 SF main level and 1,700 SF upper level incorporates a reception/lobby area, offices, conference room, modular work stations, new restrooms and storage. Winner of the Kansas Preservation Alliance Medallion Award for Excellence.
