Project Description:
A 106,000 SF building renovation and addition, the Galichia Heart Hospital and Medical Clinic was a fast-track project completed in less than one year. In conjunction with a 16,000 SF addition, an existing 85,000 SF building, formerly a national computer center for Metropolitan Life, was renovated to house operations for the 45,600 SF Galichia Medical Clinic as well as the 61,000 SF Galichia Heart Hospital. The project also included new parking for 125 cars.
