Project Description:
The new 49,300 SF JCB Laboratories, a subsidiary of Fagron North America, is a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical automated sterile compounding facility. The complex includes a 9,700 SF shipping and receiving area with “airlock” room, which is designed specifically for sterile product transfer to shipping containers. Administrative areas include 16 private offices, a 20-station open office space, three conference rooms, a classroom, and 8,800 SF for equipment staging and storage. Additional amenities include a staff lounge with kitchen, and a fitness room with locker and shower facilities. SPT also provided coordination of the 15,000 SF clean room by Clean Air Technology, Inc.
