The 2023 renovation and expansion of DeVaughn James’ east Wichita location features a 3,183 SF office addition designed to accommodate the firm’s growing team of professionals with 11 new offices and a third conference room. The 1,280 SF remodel includes moving the main entrance and reception area, as well as reconfiguring the parking lot to provide ample space.  In 2014, SPT completed the original building renovation which transformed a former 6,300 SF restaurant space into executive offices with beautiful lakeside views, administrative offices, conference rooms, and a spacious, centralized open office space with workstations.
