Project Description:

The Archer Hotel Tysons Corner is located in the Scotts Run South mixed-use development, just steps from the McLean Silver Line Metro Station and minutes from Washington, D.C. This seven-story, 178-room boutique hotel features a street-level lobby with bar and restaurant, mezzanine meeting rooms, and a rooftop terrace with penthouse event space. The design emphasizes an industrial‑elegant aesthetic with warm finishes, local artwork, and abundant natural light. Amenities include a fitness studio, covered patios, and flexible event spaces totaling over 9,000 SF.
