The Best Western Plus is located in The Mercato, a new mixed-use development in west Lawrence. The four-story, 72,770 SF hotel features 112 guest rooms and extended stay suites. The hotel’s contemporary design welcomes guests with a bright, spacious lobby and adjacent breakfast dining area. An elevated ceiling with wood beams and clerestory windows create an open atmosphere and provide plentiful natural light throughout. Other amenities include two meeting rooms, business center, fitness center, indoor pool, and lounge. SPT Architecture provided site design, construction documents based on the Best Western Brand Standards, and interior design services for the project.
