Located downtown across from Nashville’s Music City Center, the award-winning Embassy Suites/1Hotel project features two towers atop a three-story podium. The development includes three levels of underground parking for 400 cars, a second floor with hotel staff offices, breakroom, and back-of-house areas, and a third-floor conference center (50,676 sq. ft.) with a divisible ballroom and breakout rooms. The fourth floor offers dining and a bar for Embassy Suites guests, and a full spa for 1Hotel. The 30-story Embassy Suites has 506 rooms and a rooftop pool, while the 18-story 1Hotel has 215 rooms and a rooftop bar.
