Project Description:
Located downtown across from the Colorado Convention Center, the LEED Silver–certified Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center is a 17-story, 403-suite hotel designed around a striking 13-story, sky-lit atrium. In this unique urban design, the fourth floor features a welcoming lobby and lounge areas, while upper podium levels house a fitness center, indoor saltwater pool, and 22,551 sq. ft. of meeting and event space across 14 rooms, including a 5,768 sq. ft. ballroom. The project also included three levels of underground parking for 219 cars and a ground level on-site restaurant. Sustainable features such as energy-efficient systems, low-VOC materials, and water-saving fixtures reinforce the property’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
