Project Description:
A renovation for the City of Wichita’s Greenway Manor, an 86-unit apartment building for senior citizens, to improve aesthetics and overall efficiency. The exterior renovation included new first floor windows, paint, ADA accessible entries, and concrete walk and drive upgrades. The interior renovation included remodel of office areas, restroom facilities for ADA compliance and a complete mechanical system replacement. The renovation was designed in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
