Project Description:
The 1,965 SF Harvest Park Pool House includes ADA accessible men’s & women’s restrooms/shower rooms, a breezeway with coiling doors, a check-in counter with coiling shutter and office and storage areas. Site design also includes new patios on the east and west sides of the building as well as ADA accessible parking. The project included a study of the formerly existing building, but extensive repairs required for maintenance and ADA accessibility prompted its demolition and construction of the new pool house.
