Project Description:
The new ict21 Industrial District development is located at 21st Street and I-135 in Wichita, Kansas, and was the site of a former 130-acre oil refinery. The new development includes warehouses and other planned commercial tenant space. The first warehouse has been completed, and the second is currently under construction. Each warehouse is 180,000 SF and is designed for five tenants. The next addition to the development will include a 195,000 SF bakery production facility for the largest fried pie manufacturer in the country. This location is the first facility in their corporate expansion plan.
