Project Description:
The 4,700 SF renovation for Newport Grill at Bradley Fair includes a new luxurious California inspired design and reconfigured floor plan that increases seating to 190 and maximizes lake views. An existing barrel vault ceiling was lowered and re-wrapped acoustical panels create a natural wood look. Subtle, coastal finishes and elements flow throughout to create a warm and casual dining atmosphere. A relocated entry with new canopy and canvas awnings complete the fresh and contemporary design. SPT served as the building Owner’s representative and provided construction documents per the Tenant’s consultant design and finishes.
