Project Description:

A renovation of a property listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Union Station campus project is a 9.4 acre multi-use re-development that will feature new office, retail and restaurant space. Phase 1 includes renovation of the 6,400 SF Rock Island Depot and Freight Building (c. 1887) and the 27,655 SF Grand and Patrick Hotel Building (c. 1910) as well as the North Plaza Area, improving public access walkways along the adjacent Douglas Avenue. Phase 2 will include renovation of the iconic 75,000 SF Union Station Terminal (c. 1914) as well as new construction for the terminal building expansion, a parking garage and two additional buildings.
